We will be having an exhibit this coming Eng'g Week, the product that we will present is Tomato Ice Cream. Yeah I know, it sounds weird but that's the challenge. Wahahaha. We already made our first trial and it's not successful. Hahaha. Though the taste is yummy, the texture and the consistency of our ice cream is not for an ice cream. It looks like an ice candy. Hahaha. But I loved the taste of it.
We will be having our next and final trial on Saturday. I hope this time, our ice cream will look and taste like a real ice cream. Hahaha. I will update you for the photos of our product after we made it perfectly, the before-and-after photos. Hahaha.
