So we attended the event of Moonfire Events Inc. entitled Young and Reckless, it was last night.
Jaja's blog JAJACHUA.com was actually one of the media partners. It was a combination of rakrakan and entreprenuership event.
There were rock bands and booths that were selling clothes and accessories.

Happeningsss!!!

I was kinda busy this past few days, I haven't posted anything on my blog. Hahaha. Dami kasing happenings!! I was kinda busy, WOW!!!
 So first happening was TL Mon's birthday. Tanduay Ice was overflowing that day, and the effect... NGARAG LAHAT!!!

Next was the Christening of Ali's daughter, Anya. She's the cutes baby girl,promise!!! At nag-NINONG ako!!! Hahahah


And the latest, we had a "TEAM BUILDING" in Pansol Calamba, Laguna. Ayun, alcohol and food were overflowing! Pero it was really fun.

GOLDEN ABC's GET UP Bloggers Launch

So Golden ABC (GABC), the country's fashion pioneer and owner of leading brands Penshoppe, Oxygen, ForMe, Memo and Regatta, on it's 25th anniversary recently launched an innovative corporate social responsibility (CSR) platform, entitled "Get Up". The press/bloggers conference was held at Museum Cafe in Greenbelt 5 on Aug 25. And YES!!! Like the other events that I attended to, I was late. Hahaha. I'm really sorry Ms. Jeri Lim. And I thought I'll be alone that night but good thing April and Pauly joined me.

Anyway, to be honest, I was not sure if I'll go because I really didn't know what CSR meant. AY!!! But I thought since it's a project of Golden ABC, a company that owns fashion brands, I thought it will have a mix of fashion. And I was so right. GET UP is a CSR platform which engages customers in raising awareness of GABC's various advocacies in education, community building, environment, and of course arts & culture. And since it was a bloggers' launch, I met some of the fashion and lifestyle bloggers around the metro.

Get Up's ambassador, CNN Hero of the Year of 2009 Efren Peñaflorida was there. We had a chance to talk to him and he's really nice and great. Syempre may picture picture with him.



It was an honor to meet Mr. Efren Peñaflorida. 
So how will you do your part?! GABC, through its brands, is giving us a chance to donate Php 25 for every minimum single receipt of Php 1,000 to the advocacy of our choice. We will get a donation coupon with a code that we need to put on GET UP's website.


They gave us a coupon so we can donate and try it ourselves.

We must log on to www.getup.ph to be able to donate and learn more about the advocacies and partner institutions. We'll also experience the "Get Up" augmented reality on the website. Well I haven't tried this one yet but the organizers told us that we'll be amazed. 
The campaign will start on Sept 1 so when you drop by to Penshoppe, Oxygen, Memo, ForMe and Regatta, don't forget to GET UP. Always remember, "FASHION can be CHARITABLE and CHARITY can be FASHIONABLE".

VICTOR VICTORIA Exhibit

Last night of Aug 25, I attended 3 events in just one night!!! Lagare?! Anyway, it was all about fashion. The first event was an exhibit of FIP (Fashion Institue of the Philippines) graduates. Well there was a fashion show too. My dear friend, a very good photopgrapher (NAKS), Paul "Pauly"Canlas presented his works in this exhibit. The exhibit was entitled Victoria Victoria.

We didn't finish the whole fashion show but we met a lot of fashion people in this event. May pahabol pang photo!!!
