Oscars 2009: Musicals are Back

Actually,I really don't know what to say. I really don't know if I'm happy with it or what. But I think I'm a bit disappointed. I don't know. I think you just have to watch it.



Single Ladies live performance is way way much better than this one. Tsk tsk.

Joeward's Oscars Best and Worst Dressed of 2009

Best Dressed



1. Taraji P. Henson. I love her dress. Simplicity is really beauty. Love how the dress is layered and the color fits her. And the necklace, it's BAM-ming.
2. Sarah Jessica Parker. This is the kind of dress that only SJP can work. I think she's stunning with this dress and I love her hair.
3. Marion Cotillard. Love her and the dress. She's always wearing a fab and chic dress for Oscars. Love the sparkles and the layering of this dress.
4. Angelin Jolie. As the ever usual, a simple black dress and she's working it. Love her green earrings, it gives a punch to the dress. I just love her.
5. Alicia Keys. Love the color of this dress, it really fits her. And it complements her body so well. I just love her like Jolie.
6. Penelope Cruz. I love the retro vive going on here, the Victorian effect of the dress. Again, simplicity is really beauty.

Worst Dressed



1. Miley Cyrus. What was she thinking? I love sparkles but not too much! Is she a chandelier?hahaha.
2. Jessica Beil. What happened to your dress?It looks like unfinished. It's just so straight! And the color, it's so boring.
3. Heidi Klum. Uh!Where is Tim Gunn? He didn't help her to choose a better dress.
4. Freida Pinto. The color is nice but I think the sleeve should not there. Rip it off girl!
5. Beyonce. I love Beyonce but with this dress?She looks like a flower vase and the prints! Tsk tsk. Where is the House of Derion girl?
6. Vanessa Hudgens. What's with the flowers at the bust?They destruct me.
7. Tilda Swinton. I really don't know what's her problem but she is really the Oscars Worst Dressed for all Seasons! That's it!

Intramuros, A Filipino Pride.

...I guess ehehehhe. This morning, we went to Intramuros, Manila to practice our speeches for our campaign this week. Intramuros is also called "The Walled City",as the name implies, it is really covered with walls. Intramuros is also the Old Manila. If you want to know more about Intramuros, just Google it.Hahaha.

Actually we had our practice at Fort Santiago, where Dr. Jose Rizal, our national hero, lived the last days of his life.

We saw some kalesa.

These are kalesa, a type of vehicle which is moved by a horse. Kalesa was widely used 40 thousand years ago. Hahaha. I'm just exaggerating, it was used in the Spanish era.

I knew it!Hindi nya ko matitiis,at ako rin,hindi ko rin sya natiis. Hahahaa. What I'm saying is about dun sa nagyaring ka-"emo"han ko.Lahat naman ng tao dumadaan sa mga ganung stage kaya un. Anyway, ayon nga, we're ok now. Hehehe.

Nakakatawa nga eh kasi parang walang nangyari. Hahaha. Nung umaga palang nafi-feel ko na na tatawagin nya ko at makikipag-reconcile sya sa akin. Tingin kasi sya ng tingin sa akin eh.ay,hahahha. Ang feeler!hahaha. Tas un,nung tinawag nya ko, lumingon ako tas inabot nya yung kamay ko tas un na. Ok na kami. Hehehe.

At eto pa ang nakakatuwa, susuportahan daw nya ko with the DotA boys. Basta galingan ko daw yung speech ko at campaign. Hehehe. Pero sya daw ang bahala sa akin. Ang sweet no?ay. Hahahaha. Basta OK na kami at masaya ko dun. Sobrang na-miss ko sya actually. Hehehe.

OO nga pala,I deleted the blog about dun sa nangyari sa amin. Nadala lang talaga ko ng emotions ko.Hehehe.

I'm IN!

Yeah,I'm IN again in political affairs. This is my second time to run as an officer of our organization. This time I'm running for the position of Senior Vice President for Committee Affairs of the Chemical Engineering Society, our organization. Last year I ran for the position of Treasurer but unfortunately, I didn't make it. But I still served the society as the Finance Committee Head.

I know that many people think that I don't take this one seriously. I know some of them will think that I can't handle this kind of responsibility, I can't blame them because they know that I'm the "Joker" of the class and the whole batch. All I can say is that in everything I do, I put passion in it.

This time, I'll be facing a really good and hard competition. The other one that's running for the same position is experienced in this kind of business. Some are saying that I have no chance of winning but I'm really into this one. I will do my very best to bag this position.

Last year, I was running under the SHIFT party and once a SHIFTer will always be a SHIFTer so this year, I'm still under SHIFT Party.

I know this one is really big but I really want to show and share what I got to improve the Chemical Engineering Society,the society that I'm belonging to. :]

I'm MOVING ON...I GUESS?!

Wow naman sa title!hahaha. Pero oo, medyo nasasanay nako na hindi sya nakaka-usap at nakaka-landian. Hahhaa. The term eh no?Pero minsan pag nakikita ko sya parang gusto ko na syang yakapin bigla pero I have to do what I think is right, at yun ay ang iwasan sya. OO sobrang miss ko na sya pero parang nakakaya ko na ng onte. Hindi ko alam kung nakaka-move on na ba ko or niloloko ko lang ang sarili ko. Dun naman ako magaling eh, lokohin ang sarili ko. Haay. Grabe. Pero super miss ko na talaga sya at mahal na mahal ko pa rin sya at alam kong alam nya yun.

Buti na lang anjan yung pet ko named after him. :]

I enjoy this Pet Society in Facebook. As a member, of course I have a pet.
